International entertainer and entrepreneur Nick Cannon has announced an exciting expansion of the hit improvisational comedy show ‘Wild ‘N Out’ to Africa.

In a statement, Cannon explained that he had turned to the motherland countries in Africa to join the show’s 21st season which airs on VH1, a broadcaster based in the USA.

“Africa, are you ready? We bringing Wild ‘n’ out to the Motherland! I’m looking for the funniest and most talented people on the Continent; Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda, Botswana, Ghana, Egypt, Morocco, Ethiopia, Somalia, Cape Town, and Johannesburg,” he stated.

“What Country has the best comedians? We are about to find out! Tag them, comment, and repost! We are casting now.”

The show features celebrity guests, musical performances, and a rotating group of comedians who compete in various comedic challenges.

Cannon launched the show on MTV in 2005 which quickly amassed a loyal following with viewership topping a million viewers per episode.

Wild ‘N Out” has been a launching pad for numerous talents, helping to boost the careers of comedians, musicians, and entertainers by giving them significant exposure on a popular platform.

Today, the 43-year-old show host has diversified his portfolio to include hosting jobs.

Forbes estimates that Cannon makes Ksh13 billion ($100 million) every year.

Cannon’s journey in sketch comedy and on TV kicked off when he was aged 18 years and grew in the industry earning his first million dollars in a film in 2003, as per Forbes.

He later started his own show titled, The Nick Cannon Show before finding the Wild ‘n’ Out program, all of which is run by his production company, Ncredible.
